An unoaked Chardonnay from the South of France. This a nice understated chardonnay that is good with a meal (especially fish, white meat, or pasta with white sauce). It has heft and power for an understated white wine; on the savory side, some reminiscence of mediterranean breeze or a riverbed of fossilized seashells and garrigue herbs on the banks, not much fruit. An everyday even wine, best paired with a meal.
