This Bouchon merlot presents lively black cherry aromas are followed by lush fruit flavors with hints of mint, combines with vanilla/spice flavors which derive from contact with oak. It has a deep garnet color and is soft on the palate, with a smooth texture.   Serve with roast beef with sweet carrot, smoked salmon, hearty pasta dishes.
